Karla's music is a lot like her personality – not shy. The passion she expresses as a vocalist and songwriter are equal to her desire to bring her music and her message to the world.

Her CD collection includes "When Your Eyes Open" and “Hope is Alive ~ A Time for Christmas". The inspiring lyrics are the most important detail of her music drawing you in with a powerful message that no one but Karla can deliver.

She continues to redefine the boundaries as an independent music artist being featured on Pandora Radio and on the play lists of many radio stations world-wide.

Traditionally it's difficult for independent music artists to get into major retail stores like Mardel, Best Buy, Hastings Entertainment, and Barnes and Noble. But the retail giants welcomed her music and many stores  invited her to perform during the holiday season to help promote her Christmas CD during her 2011 “Hope is Alive” tour.

Karla has been named '2011 SING National Finalist'. Awarded '2010 BEST POP MUSIC ARTIST' by the King Cat Music (KCCM) Organization. She was nominated for the 2009 SONG OF THE YEAR award for her song "Always" and in 2008 was nominated for the'ARTIST OF THE YEAR'  award.
