Karla is the CEO of SHINE ON Music, LLC. spending her time and effort to remain

a strong supporter and volunteer in the Kansas City community. She also is a mentor and board member for G.L.O.W. (Girls Leading Our World), an inner-city youth program to help educate and equip girls and young women with strategies for life and leadership development.
