Praisefest - Shine On Music Youth Concert

Flint Hills Praisefest is excited to announce we have added a youth specific event to our activities!  

We are thrilled to have Karla Bauer lead our Children’s Musical Storytime and Shine On Music Youth Concert, promising an unforgettable experience for all. 

• Karla with her gospel / jazz band will be performing some of her swinging songs on the THRIVENT  STAGE at 2:40PM with youth from the Manhattan area. They will join Karla onstage for a grand concert finale!
• Bring the kiddos and join Karla for a very special musical storytime on the KJIL STAGE at 4:20PM. She will read her award-winning book and teach the kiddos the lullaby song

Karla’s latest endeavors include the release of her fifth studio album, "My King is Coming," a poetic and passionate journey of faith. She has also been recognized for her award-winning children's bedtime lullaby book, which beautifully tells the story of Mary singing to baby Jesus.

As the founder of the SHINE On Music program, Karla travels to underserved and rural communities to educate, encourage, and empower students. Her dedication to nurturing young minds makes her the perfect leader for our new youth event at Praisefest 2024.
