About the event
Come celebrate at this special presentation in the black box theater on the lower level of Westport Coffee House. Karla will be performing songs from her new album "My King is Coming" with a few original compositions from her Nina Simone tribute album, "Everything Must Change." Joining Karla is Kansas City's finest: James Albright - upright bass, Stanton Kessler - trumpet, Roger Wilder - piano, and Doug Auwarter - drums.
